THE KNITTED FABRIC PRODUCTION
Throughout the year we work mainly with natural fibres of the best quality such as mercerized long fibre cotton, compact cotton, extrafine Merino Wool, either by themselves or mixed with other fibres such as silk, linen, Lycra, viscose, lurex etc.
From their masterly weaving and thanks to a vast number of machines for the production of circular knitwear we offer a wide range of knitted fabrics for men and women that goes from gauge 12 to 28 : jersey and piquet both solid and stripy with variable-width stripes (in sections or all over); mini and big jacquard; ribbed and interlock fabric, Milan stitch, or also ready for printing fabric.
Our products and treatments are certified ECO TEX.
Cutting-edge technologies
FLAT KNITTING MACHINES
We study and create a wide selection of accessories that can be combined with our fabrics.
Fully-fashioned, jacquard and inlay collars allow us to complete our offer.
Over the years our company has built up an extensive library of collars and finishing, adding also Knitted motifs suitable for “hybrid” garments made with both jersey and flat knitted parts, all thanks to the acquisition of the newest knitting machines on the market.
Tailoring approach
PATTERN MAKING
We like to think about a tailoring approach but the product is designed so that it is feasible even on an industrial scale.
The garment must fit perfectly.
Starting with a design or a creative idea, and paying attention to fashion trends, our pattern makers produce a paper pattern using a combination of manual techniques and CAD software.
Working in strict contact with the manufacturing department, a sample garment is made so its esthetic and functional elements are evaluated and tested before production.
Precision and high quality standards
CUT & SEWING
We carry out shrinkage and washing tests on all our fabrics before proceeding with production.
Our Lectra CAD system combined with automatic cutting equipment are steadily up-dated.
For specific fabrics we also perform manual tailoring cut such as for stripy garments where the highest level of attention (closest to perfection) is required.
In our sewing department our machines allow us to use a wide range of stitching.
The meticulousness with which the various work phases are carried out and the continuous checking of the cutting process and internal sewing, ensure an above-standard quality that is able to satisfy even the most demanding client.
The entire production chain is located in on site in our Italian factory.

DESIGNERS SERVICE
We like to work along with our clients to develop new collections thanks to the important interaction between our technical knowledge and the designer’s ideas and the use of a dynamic and creative approach.
From the initial sketch to the fabric and the final garment, our staff is able to produce fabrics and styles as they were imagined.
We take care of every detail: the study of new fabrics textures and stitches, the research and test of serigraphy or digital prints as well as garment treatments.
